Wizard under Fire a Novella by Neil Benson

Imagine that you find out that terrorists killed both your parents the day before your 18th birthday. Imagine that you find out that your parents were wizards and you have the potential to be a wizard on the day you bury your parents. Imagine that on your graduation day from wizard training your teachers describe your potential to become a very powerful wizard. Imagine that you can create a shield that renders you and your partner, Ramón Gonzalez, invisible to the human eye and even radar. Imagine that five years later you go on a mission into Pakistan to determine if Al Qaeda wizards are protecting a secret base. Imagine that you and Ramón, a Special Forces Captain, become America's last best defense against terrorist wizards. Imagine that you are in a pitched battle against enemy wizards in an effort to prevent them from blowing up chlorine gas tanks that would kill tens of thousands of people.

This all happens to Athena Weitz in the Novella Wizard under Fire. I will place links to drafts of chapters within a couple of weeks.

Unholy Embrace  is a swift paced, action-packed novel about the relationship between a mortal man and his immortal female vampire lover as they fight werewolves, vampires, and other creatures in their effort to kill a soul eating demon.

If this sounds interesting, and I hope it does, please follow the link and read the reviews on Amazon.
